What is the difference between the Mishu Clubs?
Mishu Clubs are different ways to experience MishuWorld depending on how you like to receive and enjoy the artwork ✧
Each tier offers a slightly different experience.
🖼 Mishu Print Club includes a monthly themed letter and an art print. Please note that the art print is exclusive to Mishu Print Club (it is not included in any other bundles).
✂️ Mishu Sticker Club features a monthly themed letter, a sticker sheet and two die cut stickers.
💌 Mishu Mail Club includes a monthly themed letter, a colouring page, a sticker sheet, two die cut stickers.
This club focuses on storytelling, creativity, and allowing you to personally interact with the artwork through colouring and journaling.
Are the designs the same across the clubs?
All clubs share the same monthly theme and artistic collection. However, each tier offers different formats of that collection:
- Print Club: finished coloured artwork
- Sticker Club: decorative stickers & die cuts
- Mail Club: uncoloured colouring page + stickers
Please note that the coloured art print is exclusive to Mishu Print Club.
Which club should I choose?
It depends on how you enjoy MishuWorld:
✧ Choose Mishu Print Club if you love collecting finished artwork;
✧ Choose Mishu Sticker Club if you enjoy decorating journals, planners, or letters;
✧ Choose Mishu Mail Club if you enjoy interactive creativity, storytelling, and receiving a curated monthly bundle.
About the subscriptions
✨ Order Cutoff: Sign up by the 22nd of each month (11:59 PM – Anywhere on Earth time) to receive that month’s edition.
📬 Shipping Date: Orders are sent around the 28th of each month.
⏳ Late Orders: Orders placed after the 22nd will begin with the following month’s mail.
📮 Delivery: Please allow 5-10 business days for domestic and 7-21 business days for international shipping (varies by location).
✉️ Monthly Sign-Up Window:
Sign up by the 22nd of the month to receive that month’s mail. Orders placed after this date will begin with the following month’s edition.
❗Because of this schedule, there may be a wait of up to a month (or slightly longer) between your first payment and the arrival of your first mail. Your sign-up date also becomes your recurring billing date, which for some may result in being charged twice before receiving the first mail.
You can cancel anytime, subscriptions are renewed on the same date each month as when you first joined. Log into the subscription portal to access and manage your subscription.
Shipping Info
Mail Club orders are sent separately to anything else you may order from the shop!
Mail Club envelopes are sent out at the end of each month.
All mails are sent by standard mail to keep your subscription affordable. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 2–6 weeks internationally.
Lost or damaged order
Please allow maximum 6 weeks for international delivery. If you have not received your order after 6 weeks, please email me at infomishuworld@gmail.com OR use the contact form at the bottom of this page so I can issue you a refund or resend the lost items :)
Gift a subscription
You can gift a subscription by entering the recipient’s shipping info at the checkout.
Returning Mishu Mail FAQ
What are “Returning Mishu Mail” editions?
From time to time, a few past Mishu Mail editions come back for a short visit.
They are the original bundles from previous months, kept just as they were when first created — like little time capsules returning for a while.
How long are they available?
Returning editions are only available for a limited time.
For this drop, they will stay until April 22, and then quietly leave again.
They may come back in the future, but not always at a fixed time.
What’s included in a returning edition?
Each one includes the original contents from that specific month — the same items, layout, and feeling as when it was first sent.
You’re receiving the full experience of that moment in Mishu World.
When will my order be shipped?
All Mishu Mail — both current and returning editions — are prepared together and shipped at the end of the monthly cycle.
This helps keep the same shared rhythm of sending and receiving.
Can I order a returning edition together with the current month?
Yes! If your order includes both, they will be shipped together at the end of the cycle.
Is this a subscription?
No, returning editions are a one-time purchase. You can choose the months you’d like, at your own pace.
Why are returning editions time-limited?
Mishu Mail is built around moments, each month holding its own small story.
Letting past editions return for a short time keeps them special, while still giving you the chance to experience them if you missed them before.
MishuWorld Stickers & Stationery FAQ
Are your stickers handmade?
Yes! All MishuWorld designs are hand-drawn and created by Veronica, the artist behind MishuWorld. Stickers and prints are then carefully printed and prepared with attention to detail.
Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and printing variations. Every effort is made to keep colors as accurate as possible. :)
Where do you ship from?
All MishuWorld stickers and stationery are packed and shipped from Italy.
What countries do you ship to?
MishuWorld currently ships worldwide! 🌍
If your country appears unavailable at checkout, feel free to contact me and I’ll check if shipping is possible.
Do stickers and Mishu Mail ship together?
Stickers and stationery are shipped separately from Mishu Club.
Even if purchased in the same order:
✧ Stickers & stationery follow their own processing timeline;
✧ Mishu Club (Print Club, Sticker Club, Mail Club) follows its monthly preparation and mailing schedule;
✧ You may receive multiple packages for one order.
Processing time (How long before my order ships?)
Stickers and stationery are usually prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Each order is carefully packed by hand, so processing time may slightly vary during busy periods, launches, or holidays.
Shipping Info
Once dispatched:
✧ Italy: usually 1-4 business days
✧ Europe: usually 3–11 business days
✧ International: usually 5–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates provided by postal services and may occasionally vary due to customs or postal delays.
Which shipping service do you use?
Orders are shipped using:
✧ Posta1 (Italy)
✧ Posta Priority Internazionale (International)
Tracking note: Posta 1 provides delivery confirmation (Italy only).
Postapriority Internazionale tracks only to Italian exchange centre.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Every MishuWorld order is prepared individually and carefully packaged. Processing times allow me to prepare each parcel with attention and quality.
If your order is still within the stated processing time, it is likely being prepared. If you believe your order exceeds the expected timeline, feel free to contact me! :)
Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, I do not have control over these charges.
What if my order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received?
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact me and I’ll gladly help investigate the situation.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be found, I recommend checking with neighbors or your local postal office first. If the issue remains unresolved, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to assist you.
What if my order arrives damaged?
I carefully pack every order, but if something arrives damaged, please contact me within a few days of delivery and include photos of the items and packaging. I will happily work with you to find a solution.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 3 hours after purchase.
After that, orders may already be in preparation and cannot be changed or cancelled.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible.
